I have 2 prospective tenants - young professiona men. One of them is the son of an aquaintance, and is 21 yrs. The acquaintance has offered to act as Guarantor for her son and I wondered how i approach this to protect myself fully. Does the acquaitance cover just for her son or does the other young man's mother need to sign also?
