Eviction with Missing Tenancy Agreement

Is the procedure any different when serving a section 8 and section 21 when I no longer have a copy of the tenancy agreement? What happens when it gets to court?

I know the full details of the agreement in terms of dates and details, but no longer have my own signed copy.
