Thank you for your earlier reply.

I will be looking to serve a Section 8 on Ground 14 and several other Grounds.

I beleive with Ground 14 it can be served witout any notice.

If I include any other grounds which do require the 14 day notice would they be thrown out because I immediately served the notice under Groung 14.

If I am using Ground 14 and the other Grounds would I have to serve the notice with the 14 day period
