Do they receive a CCJ after Sect 21 eviction?
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

If I am succesful in obtaining eviction using Section 21 do the tenants (2 tenants on agreement) automatically both receive County Court Judgments against them?
If so is this dependant on weather I claim expenses on the same claim or not?
I welcome any resposes and any personal experiences.
