Completing a section 21
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi All,

If we have a group of 3 students taking a joint contract and we want to serve them with a section 21 (B) on signing the AST, where it states 'to' do we put all 3 tenants names on one section 21 or do we have to complete one for each tenant?

The other query was if we have to put all tenants names on one form only which address do we use, will it just be the lead tenants?

We would appreciate your urgent reply as the group are signing at 10am tomorrow morning and need to prepare the paperwork.
