How long does possession order last?
Is it the same amount of time that I can still ask the court to send a bailiff?

I am now receiving rent. I have not made any new tenancy or indicated that I am making a new arrangement, but as tenant is paying would like to leave for now - IF I will be able to still use current possession order without going back to court if they stop again.
