I am in the process of renting my house out to a European national who has been in the UK about 12 months. Is it worth doing a credit check on someone who has only been here that length of time?
Secondly at what point do they sign the contracts is it on the day they move in or can you do it before i as long as you put the moving in date on the contract ?
