Hi guys, this has never happened to me before but one of my tenants has just been arrested and carted away.
My question is.............what if he recieves a custodial sentence. what do I do with his agreement as obviously I won't be getting rent. What do I do with his property.

Forearmed is fore........better financially!

Steve
