Hi, sorry for the basic question. I have a potential tenant who wants to move into my flat, and he mentioned that his girlfriend would be living there too. I presume that I would have the most amount of protection if both their names are on a tenancy agreement, but not sure if she will be too keen on her name being on it.

Any advice?
