My tenants are about to leave. I am just wondering apart from inspection of property / inventory, are there any standard letter that I should send them before collecting the keys.

In past, when I rented, I remember my landlord sent a standard letter stating that I should clean the house / fridge / carpet etc and release the broadband connection etc..

Any suggestions for this please ?
