I read somewhere that you could issue a special notice on a tenancy that was less than 6 months in length to make sure that the tenants more out of a property that is used for summer holiday lets at the start of the letting season. Is this the case and could you point me in the right direction so that I can get the paperwork organised for a winter let in these circumstances? If I add the right notice, can I otherwise use a standard RLA shorthold tenancy agreement? Many thanks in anticipation of assistance.
