We have a property that was let out for 6 months on an ast, 2 months ago. The tenants paid 6 months in advance. I have just had a phone call to say due to unforseen circumstances they have vacated the property, and want to discuss a refund and surrending the AST.
Could you please advise on what course of action I could take,either a refund or not.
