Hi

We had a court order for possession issued on tenant which was effective Thursday 6th Sept On Friday 7th we went to property
all rubbish bags etc were outside house no answer at door and
neighbours say they moved out. By all accounts they have moved.

However the tenant says she will not be rehoused by council if she leaves so tenant wants Balliffs to come round and do the eviction.
She has told us she still lives there.
Council say if she leaves she will not be re-housed.

Is it acceptable to go into the house didn't on Friday as only way
in was by using a key to the back door which was not available and the front door appears bolted from inside. All curtains are drawn so cannot see inside.

Many thanks
