As above

Court has ordered one of the estate agents in London to pay me in excess of 3k owed to me -tenancy deposit and refund of fee for rent collection service Judgement by default
The estate agents (Director of this firm)initially promised that they will forward the deposit to me for registration but haven't done so.Tenant is fully aware of the same and has been asked by me to visit the estate agency to demand her deposit back as she lives nearby

It has come to my attention via companies house search that this company has been ordered to be liquidated! following a petition filed by another estate agency against them.

How do I recover my money

Can I pursue the director of this firm for acting fraudulently and recover my debt?

Do I contact the liquidator and make him aware that monies are owed to me?

Many Thanks for your advice
