Hello. A deposit taken on a Tenancy Agreement which started in December 2006. The Tenancy Agreement has been extended only through the issue of Addendums to confirm dates, rent and deposit. It has not been a new Tenancy Agreement. Should the deposit be lodged with one of the Tenant Deposit Schemes? Thanks.
