two guys have rented a property on six months contract, one guy has left the property and sent letter requesting to be taken off tenancy agreement as problems with the guy hes living with due to his excessive drinking and volent behaviour the guy has also been refusing to pay his half of the bills, we are now left with only one tenant in the property who is going to become a problem can we issue him notice as other guy has now left or do we have to see the contract throught to the end.
