HB tenant not paid rent for 3 mths . Council don't want to help because there protecting the tenants interests. Tenant won't answer mobile . Arranged with 24hrs notice to visit property to sort rent problems out/check condition of property tenant surprisingly wasn't in. Found out there is someone else living there who isn't named on AST. One problem that i have got is that a deposit was taken by my father who is acting as agent, and didn't put the money into a tenancy deposit scheme ,we want this tenant out ,how do we get around TDS problem so we can start legals. can anyone advise
