Hello,

We are about to renew the tenancy agreement between ourselves and our tenant. We have had a few problems with this tenant, so when this new tenancy ends in February we want to evict the tenant. The question I have is can I put in the tenancy agreement a clause stating once the tenant has left the property he has (for e.g.) 2 weeks to remove all of his goods from the property? Also as landlords can we actually remove his goods if they are not moved after a period of time?

Advice would be appreciated
