My rental property is let to six students. I have just inspected the house and found a lot of damage. I think it will cost more than the total deposits. All bedroom doors have been kicked in. Kitchen floor tiles are broken and a hole in the wall. Some beds have also been trashed etc..
Everyone is denying responsibility. Where do I stand? Can I claim more than the bond through the courts? Are they all responsible for all the damage? Or are they only responsible for there own damage?
What should I do?
