Hi all

A friend of mine had been asked to do some work for someone on there property and they both agreed on a price of £3500.

The builder supplied all materials and completed the job to a high standard as he has a goood reputation for his work.

The woman is now refusing to pay him as she is saying she's not happy with his work just to get out of paying.

does anyone know the procedure from start to finish of him getting his money also with no cost to him.
