Hi I have read info on two months rent in advance and have no problem with that, but when I read explanatory note to give to tenant then to me it reads that once the tenant has given 2months deposit then they dont pay again untill the 3rd month.
My understanding is that you are always 2months in advance therefore when it comes to the last months rent being due that you already had that rent and no rent was payable.COULD SOMEONE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS PLEASE. THANKS .
