Mortgage Express and payment Holidays

I did call Mortgage Express and someone said that they don,t do mortgage holidays I have looked on their own web site and the only thing that I can see is an 'options plan' where you need to make overpayments which doesn,t help me.

There is no email adsress on their site to mail them for an answer which I would like in black and white,does anyone have any experience of this please,I just need a payment holiday for a short period as I have cash flow problems with a lease that isn,t old enough on a new apartment that I have just converted.
