Hello,

I have a letting agents who has been taking tenants deposits and not passing them onto any deposit scheme.

When asked he has also insisted that he had done so.

Now he has ceased trading. He says that he has not been passing it to any scheme. He says that his rent a/c is frozen.

I have now decided to take all the properties and manage them myself.

The tenants are worried about their deposits?
What am I now supposed to do and who should the tenants be asking for the return of their deposits.
