Please can you advise me if i can legally take two months rent in advance and by pass the tenacy deposit scheme. I want to take two months rent in advance and always have the tenant two months in advnce. then at the end refund the tenant the over paid months rent. Please also advise if you have a teancy agreemnt for me to download.
