We have 2 girls that have recently moved out of a flat and owe over 1000.00 in rent we have tried to come to some agreements to settle the outstanding but one of them said she would pay £1.00 per week and the other £5.00 per week we have a guarantor for one of the girls, we have contacted the Guarantor but is unwilling to pay the outstanding unless the other girl is paying the other halve, what do we do next?
