Hi David,

I own several properties all on BTL mortgage's. My Daughter was recently evicted from her own property and I thought of moving her into one of mine, which is empty.

As she need to claim Housing Benefit I wondered if the relationship would cause any problems for her HB claim ?

I would use an AST and charge a fair market value rent.

Please advise.
