Hi I am a Landlord who has 6 years of experience with Letting Agents and their poor performance and large fees. I know what it is like to suffer from this and so now I want to change this be offering a better service. I want any Landlords who want their properties managed or have existing Agents who are not cost affective to let me manage their properties. If you have an Agent I will manage to properties for 1/2 the management rate for the first 6 months and then at 10% including Vat. I am looking for landlords in the Hertfordshire and London area.
