Hi,

I'm interested in adding to my portfolio but the buy-to-let lenders I've contacted are asking for 40% deposit, which I understand considering the state of the mortgage and banking sector. I just want to ask if anyone know of a lender out there who MAY consider asking for a lesser deposit?? Better still, a bank that has a favourable interest rate that can loan me money for the deposit??
