Tenants have left property and by the time I paint parts of wall steam clean carpets take down and remove shed,replace doors in cupboard, wash curtains etc it will take at least 4days.
Is there any reason why I cant charge not only for all these things to be done but also for the days that I am loosing rent having to clear the mess.? I also have a french door and they havent given me the key so i will have to get a locksmith in and they will be charged for that too.
