I have a 3 bedroom house. None of the rooms have individual locks (just the main front and back doors). I will have 2 tenants who will be signing a licence to occupy agreement (not an AST) and I live in the 3rd room in the house. Am I required to put their deposits into a tenancy deposit scheme?
