I would like to make a claim for the repayment of the deposit back to me, as the tenants have moved out of the flat and left their keys before the notice period (four weeks) is up and are already in arrears with their rent. But my question is, do I have to wait for the notice period to be up before I request the deposit for unpaid rent?
