I read the decision about the case, and become worried if I should immediately provide my scheme leaflet to my tenant. In a few weeks, I'll be in a court hearing for the repossession of my property using section 21. I have protected the deposit (DPS) within time limit, given the tenant the deposit certificate, prescribed info and also the term and condition. I never gave her any leaflet about the scheme. In fact I don't know such leaflet ever exists. Just hope I won't lose my case because of leaflet or any documents I am not aware of.

I contacted DPS but have not been successful in getting their opinion or replies about any leaflet they may have.

Any advise and opinion will be appreciated. Best wishes.
