I have just received my bi-annual demand for Service Charge for the period 24/12/10 to 23/6/11.
We have not yet received a copy of the Audited accounts for the financial period 12 months ending 23/6/10 - despite asking for them numerous times.
My question is whether I have a legal case to withold payment of the Service Charge until such time as I have seen, and agree with, a copy of the Audited accounts for the last 12 month period?
