I know of many letting agents that have these and they make excellent tenants.
The official received has to leave them with enough to live on, so if financially they stack up that is good, they no longer have to rob Peter to pay Paul, and having been made bankrupt once most people would not want to be made bankrupt again.,
They can enter into contracts but have to tell you they are bankrupt if it is for more than £750
