It would be good if everybody who reads this leave an opinion....Which do you think would be fair and legally correct? For speed, copy and paste the end section into your anawer.

A - "I will, emergencies excepted, give the tenant reasonable notice (at least 48 hours and in writing, stating reasons) when access to the property is required by me or my agents", or
.
B - "I will, emergencies excepted, give the tenant reasonable notice when access to the property is required by me or my agents, but I will respect the tenants rights and give 24 hours notice in writing if required.", or
.
C - "I will, emergencies excepted, agree verbally with my tenants on the notice they require for me to give them when making arrangements for access for myself or by my agents, but I will respect the tenants rights and give 24 hours notice in writting if required.", or
.
D - have you got a better one?
