I'm quite sure that there is something on the forum already but, I am in process of evicting tenants who are in receipt of housing benefit but haven't paid rent in three months! Is there anything I can do to recover this money? Apart from anything else it annoys me that the tax payer is paying their rent and they are using for 'spending' money!
