I have a tenant who in agreement with her landlord has decided to leave her property, she has however found a replacement tenant. All parties have signed the above deed.

However, after signing the new tenant has changed the date that she intends to take over the tenancy from. This was done without the knowledge of the old tenant.

What is the situation now, is the agreement void or can it still be enforced?
