Need help on evicting a tenant at the shortest possible time.

Hi

My tenant has not paid rent for the past 3 months and his waiting for me to get a court order for him to show to the cancel for homelessness. I need to re-coup my rents and money owed. I have not been able to accss the property for inventory and other purposes. There is a little tenancy agreement but it is not formal. I have been threatened and need help getting the tenant out.
