I believe an ex-tenant of mine may be looking for a new property to let, probably in the West Midlands. Her name is removed but she also seems to use the name removed and removed. This person has just been evicted from our house in Temple Avenue, Dagenham, Essex for non-payment of rent. We did not receive one penny of rent from her and she also stole items from the property on leaving and told us lie after lie after lie. Although she does seem to always use the date of birth removed and she has 2 children aged about 9 and 7 called removed and removed.

This tenant was found for us by an estate agent and we assumed all the proper checks were made as her credit check came back ok. However, now we have found out that she has left a trail of unpaid bills behind her and her car is also being looked for by the police as it has been involved in a number of deceptions and has no insurance.

She is now part of a criminal investigation with the Dagenham police and I would be very, very grateful if you could pass on any details you may have about her so I can forward them to the police to help them to trace her.

I would also appreciate it if you did not mention anything to this person as the police do not want her to make another run for it. Also if you have contacts with other landlords or estate agents I would appreciate it if you could forward this message to them so they are also on the look out.

I would not want any other landlord to go through what we have just been through. She owes us over £3000 and has taken our washing machine, fridge freezer and a very large mirror. Thank you for your help in this matter.

p.s. I do have a picture of her if anyone needs it.
