So long as you get the notice to the tenant by the end of this month you should be OK, date it to expire after 31st March 2007 as this is when the tenancy ends. As for service, depends what your AST states, so long as the tenancy states so you can post it from 2 different post offices getting 2 proof of postage certificates. For many ASTs it isnot the recieving of the notice that counts but the posting!
