Hello RLA and a Happy New Year!

My query relates to the fact that after not being able to rent out our 4-bed house in London in order to move further south, we are now advertising the rooms for sharers or individual tenants. We have 4 bedrooms, one of which is occupied by a family member. The other three are advertised at a competitive rate for each room. The bills are to be shared equally as they arise. Another possibility is that my wife and I may well being staying here for the time being, making us live-in landlord / sharers. My queries are:do I draw up the usual AST for each individual tenant? Do I also set up individual deposit schemes for each individual sharer? Do I need to be aware of anything else that might relate to this kind of set-up?

Many thanks
Mike.
