My tenant accidentally cracked the sliding wardrobe mirror in 3 places when she fell against it after loosing her balance with her foot in a cast and says she cannot afford to replace it, estimated at just over £200 by a company. If left I am concerned there could be an issue of it falling out and being dangerous. Should I pay and try and claim it back in instalments
