Previous Tenant is threatening me with legal action

Hello,
My previous Tenant came through Croydon Council's Sponsored Tenancy scheme.
Two months into the Tenancy her benefits were stopped. After a while it was apparent that her payments were not going to start again.
She emailed me to say she was going to take her belongings and leave the property the next day, I have the email she sent. A few other things about the Tenancy were not right. She does not appear to have ever moved into the property, her Gas and electric history show no activity over the period she was meant to be living there. They both had small debts on the meters.
I imagine that the water board records will also show no activity as well.

She was living with her mother at the time she said she wannted to leave and was definitely not in the property.
I changed the locks the next day and she collected her belongings which I had left for her.

This all happened in Feb of this year.
has she any right to do me for illegal eviction?
