We have issued our tenant with a section 8 notice, when this expires on the 17th we aim to go to court for possesion.

With this in mind I have been looking through your Q and A.

What counts as dis repair, the tenant has stated that he has informed us with regards to problems but we have no record of this as this memeber of staff has left, problems have been attented to and we have tried to remidy the ones we know about but some of them he has not mentioned.

Which is the best way forward.

We have also issed him with 2 months to leave to safe guard us.

thanks for your time
