Hi, I would like if possible some information regarding tenents damaging my property internaly, they have damaged the ceiling and broke the attick ladder, in the agreement served it stated only storage use, on a recent visit by my wife after the tenant reported the ladder and hatch broken she was invited in to find the children were using it as a games room and there were very large items in, larger than the ciling hatch would accomodate, we think they have dismanteled the hatch in order to get the items up, also the children using it a a games room and running uo and down the ladder????
