We have just gave our tenant a section 8.
We were just wondering, if the tenant comes up with the full amount due for the rent arrears or gives us amount towards the arrears in the 17 days he has before court, can we still proceed with his eviction or does the section 8 become void?!

Very confused about this so a confirmation would be great!
