I have recently downloaded the above form for my tenant but reading through the document there seems to be no clause in it realting to pets (kept in the property). Is there another form i can used to grant permission to my tenant to keep a pet. Or would you advise to writing a letter of agreement in which we can both sign and date.

Also:
Would it be possible to my partners name added my RLA membership as joint landlord's?

The tenant has verbally agreed to store a piece of furniture in the property. Could I write a verbal agreement for this too?
