My 6 month Company let expires on 18th April 2011. I want to contact the company to see if they want to renew the agreement for another six months or if they wilsh to give 2 months notice. Is there a form or standard letter that I have to send asking them if they wish to renew or do I just write a letter asking them whether they wish to renew the tenancy or leave the property in April? Any advice is gratefully received.
