Hi Dave,
I was at one of your seminars in Gateshead recently and you quoted the case where it was judged that a tenant must give a minimum of one months notice ending on the last day of a rent period.

I have a situation at the moment where I may need to rely on this notice period and would be grateful if you will remind me of the details of the case and judgement.
