We have a fairly standard AST agreement that we use for our student lets.
We want to occasionally vary the way in which our tenants pay the utilities from "tenant receives the bills" to a fixed rate for certain utilities and we receive the bills.
Does anyone have a suitable wording for an addendum to the AST?
